针刺养老穴结合运动治疗急性外踝关节扭伤30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Acute Lateral Ankle Sprain Treated by Acupuncture at Yang Lao Point Combined with Exercise

目的:观察针刺养老穴结合运动治疗急性外踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将60例急性外踝关节扭伤患者,用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组使用传统针刺方法结合运动治疗;观察组使用针刺养老穴结合运动治疗,观察两组的疗效,并比较治疗前后的疼痛评分(VAS)及有效率。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分均降低,其中观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为93.34%,观察组有效率为96.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺养老穴结合运动可以有效缓解急性外踝关节扭伤患者临床症状,疗效较优。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Yang Lao point combined with exercise in the treatment of acute lateral ankle sprain.Methods 60 patients with acute lateral ankle sprain were divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture combined with exercise therapy;the observation group was treated with acupuncture at Yang Lao point combined with exercise therapy.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 93.34%,and the effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Yang Lao point combined with exercise can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute lateral ankle sprain,and the curative effect is better.
