聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞刺激因子在预防白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合替吉奥治疗晚期胰腺癌所致的中性粒细胞减少中的作用研究

摘要 目的探究聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞刺激因子(PEG-rhG-CSF)在预防白蛋白结合型紫杉醇(Nab-P)联合替吉奥治疗晚期胰腺癌所致的中性粒细胞减少中的作用。方法于2020年1月至2022年6月采用随机数字表法将40例晚期胰腺癌患者分为参照组(PEG-rhG-CSF+Nab-P联合替吉奥治疗)和试验组(PEG-rhG-CSF+Nab-P联合替吉奥治疗)各20例,对干预效果进行分析比较。结果与参照组(70.00%)相比,试验组(95.00%)治疗总有效率显著较高(P<0.05);与参照组(65.00%)相比,试验组(15.00%)中性粒细胞降低发生率显著较低(P<0.05);试验组各项中性粒细胞恢复时间均短于参照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组生活质量(SF-36)评分无差异(P>0.05),治疗后试验组评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论预防性使用PEGrhG-CSF在预防Nab-P与替吉奥联用治疗晚期胰腺癌疗效显著,能抑制中性粒细胞减少的发生率,减少患者粒细胞减少症出现的时间及发生率,改善患者生活质量,值得应用。 Objective To study the effects of pegylated recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(PEG-rhG-CSF)on the prevention of neutropenia for advanced pancreatic cancer patients using the nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel(Nab-P)and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium.Methods Fouty advanced pancreatic cancer patients treated from January 2020 to June 2022 in our hospital were selected.According to random number table,patients were assigned to reference group(n=20,Nab-P and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium)and trial group(n=20,PEG-rhG-CSF,Nab-P and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium).Intervention outcomes were probed.Results The total response rate in the trial group(95.00%)was significantly higher than reference group(70.00%)(P<0.05);the occurrences of neutropenia in the trial group(15.00%)was significantly lower than reference group(65.00%)(P<0.05);the neutrophil recovery time in the trial group was significantly shorter than reference group(P<0.05);before therapy,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after therapy,SF-36 scores in the trial group were significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion PEG-rhG-CSF,Nab-P combined with tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium can effectively reduce the occurrences and onset time of neutropenia,improve the quality of life for advanced pancreatic cancer patients.
