普瑞巴林治疗三叉神经痛对VAS评分及症状改善的效果观察

The Effect of Pregabalin Treatment for Trigeminal Neuralgia on the Improvement of VAS Score and Symptoms

目的分析普瑞巴林治疗三叉神经痛对VAS评分及症状改善的效果。方法该研究对象为三叉神经痛患者,入院时间均在2020年11月至2022年11月,入选例数共60例,利用随机数字表法进行分组,其中实施卡马西平治疗的30例患者纳入对照组,余下30例实施普瑞巴林治疗的患者纳入研究组。观察两组的疼痛程度、心理状态、临床症状、睡眠质量及生活质量,对比两组的炎症指标及氧化应激指标,统计两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果在VAS评分、HAMA评分及HAMD评分上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在综合症状评分、PSQI评分及SF-36评分上,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)上,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在临床疗效上,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普瑞巴林用于三叉神经痛的治疗效果显著,对于疼痛程度的减轻具有促进作用,有利于改善心理状态及睡眠质量,减轻炎性反应及氧化应激反应,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of pregabalin treatment for trigeminal neuralgia on the improvement of VAS score and symptoms.Methods The subjects of this study were patients with trigeminal neuralgia,all admitted from November 2020 to November 2022.A total of 60 cases were enrolled and grouped using the random number table method,in which 30 patients who implemented carbamazepine treatment were included in the control group and the remaining 30 patients who implemented pregabalin treatment were included in the study group.The pain level,psychological status,clinical symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were observed,the inflammation indexes and oxidative stress indexes of the two groups were compared,and the treatment effects and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results In the VAS score,HAMA score and HAMD score,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The study group were superior to the control group in terms of composite symptom scores,PSQI scores and SF-36 scores(P<0.05).On interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β),the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).On glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of pregabalin for trigeminal neuralgia has significant therapeutic effects,has a facilitating effect on the reduction of pain level,is conducive to improving psychological status and sleep quality,reducing inflammatory reactions and oxidative stress reactions,and reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
