摘要 目的探究分析授权教育在农村2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值,为健康教育提供有力依据。方法搜集于2020年1月至2022年8月在金湖县中医院进行就诊治疗的农村2型糖尿病患者作为分析探究对象,共102例。根据计算机随机编号的方式将其随机分为干预组(51例)与观察组(51例)。干预组患者开展常规健康教育,观察组基于授权理论开展健康教育,教育结束后,两组均电话随访6个月。比较分析两组患者干预前与干预后6个月的糖尿病自我效能和血糖水平变化情况。结果在干预前,两组农村2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病自我效能量表(Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale,DSES)各维度评分和各项血糖水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后6个月,观察组患者的DSES量表各维度评分均高于干预组(P<0.05);观察组患者的空腹血糖值与餐后2 h血糖值均低于干预组(P<0.05)。结论对于农村2型糖尿病患者而言,以授权理论为支持的健康教育模式能显著提升患者的糖尿病自我效能,降低血糖水平,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To explore and analyze the application value of empowerment education in rural type 2 diabetes patients,and provide a strong basis for health education.Methods A total of 102 rural patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in Jinhu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to August 2022 were collected for analysis and inquiry.They were randomly divided into intervention group(51 cases)and observation group(51 cases)according to the way of computer random numbering.The patients in the intervention group carried out routine health education,while the patients in the observation group carried out health education based on the theory of empowerment.After the education was concluded,both groups were followed up by telephone for 6 months.The self-efficacy and blood glucose level of diabetes patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed before and 6 months after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale(DSES)and the levels of each blood glucose were not significantly different between the two rural type 2 diabetic patients(P>0.05);six months after the intervention,patients in the observation group had higher scores on all dimensions of the DSES scale than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose values and 2 hours after prandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusions For rural patients with type 2 diabetes,a health education model supported by empowerment theory can significantly improve patients'diabetes self-efficacy,reduce blood glucose levels,and have high application value.
