肺结核防治中社区家庭医生责任制和疾控督导的应用效果

Application Effect of Community Family Doctor Responsibility System and Disease Control Supervision in Tuberculosis Prevention and Control

目的分析肺结核防治中社区家庭医生责任制和疾控督导的应用效果。方法抽取2022年3月至2022年12月甲社区的200例居民设为研究组,应用社区家庭医生责任制、疾控督导的方式开展肺结核防治。同期抽取乙社区的200例居民设为参考组,应用常规方式开展肺结核防治,完成干预后对比两组居民对肺结核相关知识的掌握程度和健康素养评分、两组肺结核患者的服药依从性、恢复效果以及社会关系等生活质量评分改善情况。结果研究组患者健康素养评分、生活质量评分改善情况显著优于参考组(P<0.05),研究组服药依从性、对肺结核相关知识的掌握程度、恢复效果显著高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论肺结核防治中社区家庭医生责任制和疾控督导的应用,能显著提高社区居民对肺结核相关知识的掌握程度、健康素养评分,并有利于提高肺结核患者的服药依从性、恢复效果和生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of community family doctor responsibility system and disease control supervision in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.Methods From March to December 2022,200 cases of residents in community A were selected as the study group,application of community-based family physician responsibility and CDC supervision for tuberculosis control.During the same period,200 cases of residents in community B were selected as the reference group,and TB control was carried out in the usual way.After completion of the intervention,the two groups of residents were compared in the degree of knowledge related to tuberculosis and health literacy scores,the two groups of patients with tuberculosis medication compliance,recovery effects,social relations and other improvements in quality of life scores.Results The scores of health literacy and quality of life scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the medication compliance,mastery of tuberculosse-related knowledge and recovery effect in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of community family doctor responsibility system and disease control supervision in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis can significantly improve the degree of community residents'knowledge of tuberculosis,health literacy scores,and is conducive to improving the medication compliance,recovery effect and quality of life of tuberculosis patients.
