阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗宫颈炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Azithromycin in Combination with Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Cervicitis

目的观察应用阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗宫颈炎的效果。方法选取2021年11月至2022年11月收治的69例宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,对照组单纯使用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在采取阿奇霉素治疗的同时实施左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果对比临床症状改善时间,观察组改善效果较对照组更明显(P<0.05),对比不良反应、生活质量,与对照组进行比较,观察组更优(P<0.05)。结论基于宫颈炎患者,应用阿奇霉素进行治疗同时实施左氧氟沙星治疗,可有效促进患者临床症状的改善,且能够确保患者在用药方面的安全性,可优化患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of azithromycin and levofloxacin in the treatment of cervicitis.Methods 69 patients with cervicitis admitted from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study object.The control group was treated with azithromycin alone,and the observation group received levofloxacin along with azithromycin treatment.Comparing the treatment effects between the two groups.Results Compared with the time of improvement of the clinical symptoms,the improvement effect of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05),compared with the adverse reactions and quality of life,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on cervicitis patients,the treatment of azithromycin and levofloxacin treatment can effectively promote the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients,and ensure the safety of patients,and optimize the quality of life of patients.
