阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响及对策

Influence of Vaginal Secretion on the Results of Routine Urine Clinical Test and its Countermeasures

目的探讨并分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响及相应的对策。方法选取2021年10月至2022年9月于我院行常规尿液检验的妇科患者128例作为研究对象。根据尿液检验方案不同将患者分为参照组(直接采集尿液样本进行尿常规检验)与试验组(清除阴道分泌物后再进行尿常规检验)。观察两组尿液标本属性相关指标(尿糖、尿蛋白、pH值以及尿比重)、尿常规指标检出率(白细胞检出率、红细胞检出率、上皮细胞检出率、亚硝酸盐检出率、蛋白质检出率以及潜血检出率)。结果试验组尿糖(3.21±1.21)mg/dL、尿蛋白(8.77±1.89)mg/L、pH值(7.14±0.11),均低于参照组的(6.19±1.45)mg/dL、(11.33±2.12)mg/L、(7.56±0.21),而尿比重(1.27±0.06)%高于参照组的(1.16±0.05)%,P<0.05。试验组白细胞检出率(3.13%)、红细胞检出率(18.75%)、上皮细胞检出率(0)、亚硝酸盐检出率(1.56%)、蛋白质检出率(0)以及潜血检出率(0),均低于参照组的28.13%、53.13%、21.88%、10.94%、6.25%、7.81%,P<0.05。结论在尿常规临床检验中,阴道分泌物会影响检查结果,导致检验结果出现偏差,从而不利于临床工作的诊疗。因此,在尿常规临床检验中需要指导患者对阴道分泌物进行清理,并提高检验人员操作水平,以确保检验的有效性及准确性。

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of vaginal secretions on the results of routine urine clinical tests and the corresponding countermeasures.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight gynecological patients who underwent routine urine test in our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different urine test schemes,the patients were divided into the reference group(directly collecting urine samples for routine urine test)and the experimental group(removing vaginal secretions and then performing routine urine test).Observe the relevant indicators of urine sample attributes(urine sugar,urine protein,pH value and urine specific gravity)and the detection rate of urine routine indicators(white blood cell detection rate,red blood cell detection rate,epithelial cell detection rate,nitrite detection rate,protein detection rate and occult blood detection rate).Results The urine sugar(3.21±1.21)mg/dL,urine protein(8.77±1.89)mg/L,and pH value(7.14±0.11)of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group(6.19±1.45)mg/dL,(11.33±2.12)mg/L,and(7.56±0.21),while the specific gravity of urine(1.27±0.06)%,higher than those of the reference group(1.16±0.05)%,P<0.05.The detection rate of white blood cells,red blood cells,epithelial cells,nitrite,protein and occult blood in the experimental group were 3.13%,18.75%,0,1.56%,0 and 0,respectively,lower than those in the control group(28.13%,53.13%,21.88%,10.94%,6.25%and 7.81%,P<0.05).Conclusion In the routine clinical examination of urine,vaginal secretions will affect the examination results and lead to deviation of the examination results,which is not conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of clinical work.Therefore,it is necessary to guide the patients to clean up the vaginal secretion and improve the operation level of the inspectors in the routine urine clinical test to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the test.
