中医治疗妇科月经不调的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Gynecological Dysmenorrheal

目的对中医治疗妇科月经不调的临床疗效进行探讨和评价。方法选取2019年8月至2022年7月我院妇科收治的248例月经不调患者展开研究,根据治疗方案的不同分为参照组与试验组,每组124例,参照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组则采取中医治疗。对比两组中医证候评分、性激素水平、治疗疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,试验组月经量评分、行经时间评分、痛经评分以及经色质评分均低于参照组,P<0.05。治疗后,两组FSH、LH水平均明显降低,但试验组FSH、LH均比参照组更低,而E2比参照组更高,P<0.05。试验组治疗有效率为97.58%,显著高于参照组的88.71%,P<0.05。试验组不良反应发生率4.03%,与参照组不良发生率(6.45%)相比,组间差异无意义,P>0.05。结论在妇科月经不调治疗中,中医治疗的临床效果显著。不仅能有利于缓解患者的临床症状,改善性激素水平,促进康复;同时中医治疗对机体影响较小,不易引发不良反应,具有较高安全性。

Objective To explore and evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecological dysmenorrhea.Methods Two hundred and forty-eight patients with irregular menstruation admitted to the department of gynecology in our hospital from August 2019 to July 2022 were selected for study.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 124 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Compare the TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level,treatment effect and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of menstrual volume,menstrual time,dysmenorrhea and color quality in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were significantly decreased,but the FSH and LH in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while E2 was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.58%,significantly higher than 88.71%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.03%,compared with 6.45%in the control group,there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gynecological dysmenorrhea,the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine is significant.It can not only alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the level of sex hormones,and promote rehabilitation.At the same time,traditional Chinese medicine treatment has little impact on the body,is not easy to cause adverse reactions,and has high safety.
