急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗的重症监护护理

Intensive Care Nursing of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated with Intravenous Thrombolysis

目的观察急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗的重症监护护理疗效。方法我院重症监护室2019年6月至2020年6月收治的64例急性心肌梗死患者为本次研究对象,按照静脉溶栓治疗过程中护理模式不同将患者分为对照组(32例:行常规护理)与试验组(32例:行优质护理干预),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果试验组患者护理干预6 h后血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)、纤溶酶原(Plg)、D-二聚体(D-D)等凝血指标均略优于对照组,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者干预48 h后总有效率(96.88%)高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者重症监护护理期间并发症发生率(6.24%)低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗重症监护护理可直接影响患者预后效果,其中优质护理与常规护理干预相比可显著提升治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of intensive care nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with intravenous thrombolysis.Methods Sixty-four patients with acute myocardial infarction in ICU of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing modes in the process of intravenous thrombolysis,the patients were divided into control group(32 cases:routine nursing)and experimental group(32 cases:high-quality nursing intervention).Results The coagulation indexes such as fibrinogen(Fib),fibrinogen(Plg)and D-Dimer(D-D)in the experimental group were slightly better than those in the control group after 6 hours of nursing intervention,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 48 hours of intervention,the total effective rate of the experimental group(96.88%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group(6.24%)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction after intravenous thrombolytic therapy can directly affect the prognosis of patients,and high-quality nursing can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications compared with routine nursing intervention.
