体检中心应用基于马斯洛需求层次理论的健康管理护理模式的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Health Management Nursing Model Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Applied by Physical Examination Center

目的探讨在体检中心应用基于马斯洛需求层次理论健康管理护理模式的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月我院健康体检中心接收的106例受检者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将受检者分为对照组与观察组各53例,对照组受检者在接受健康体检时采取常规护理管理方法,观察组受检者在接受健康体检时给予基于马斯洛需求层次理论的健康管理护理模式,比较两组受检者的心理情绪、体检安全状况、体检耗时、健康知晓程度以及满意程度。结果观察组受检者的HAMA评分与HAMD评分均低于对照组,其体检意外事件总发生率低于对照组,体检等待时间和完成时间均短于对照组,常识性知识掌握评分、体检报告分析能力评分及健康知晓程度总分均高于对照组,并且对环境氛围、护理礼仪、体检流程、健康宣教、隐私保护以及报告解释的满意程度评分均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在体检中心应用基于马斯洛需求层次理论的健康管理护理模式能够有效改善受检者的负性心理情绪,减少意外事件的发生率,缩短体检耗时,提高健康知晓程度,增强临床满意程度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying the health management nursing model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs in the physical examination center.Methods One hundred and six health examination professionals received by the physical examination center of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The people were divided into control group and observation group with 53 cases each by random number table.The people in the control group were took routine nursing management methods when receiving physical examination.The people in the observation group were given a health management nursing model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs when receiving physical examination.The psychological mood,physical examination safety,physical examination time,health awareness and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The HAMA score and HAMD score of the subjects in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The total incidence of physical examination accidents was lower than that of the control group.The waiting time and completion time of physical examination were shorter than those of the control group.The score of general knowledge mastery,the score of physical examination report analysis ability and the total score of health awareness were higher than those of the control group.The satisfaction scores of environmental atmosphere,nursing etiquette,physical examination process,health education,privacy protection and report interpretation were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the health management nursing model based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs in the physical examination center can effectively improve the negative psychological mood of the subjects,reduce the incidence of accidents,shorten the time of physical examination,improve the health awareness,and enhance clinical satisfaction.
