益气活血中药对脑梗死血清NGF、BDNF含量以及神经功能缺损程度的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood Circulation on Contents of Serum NGF and BDNF and Degree of Neurological Impairment in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的研究益气活血中药对脑梗死患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)的含量以及神经功能缺损程度的影响。方法将2019年5月—2020年5月医院诊治的脑梗死患者128例作为研究对象,采用依达拉奉治疗的64例作为对照组,在对照组基础上采用益气活血中药治疗的64例作为观察组。治疗3个月后比较两组的疗效,中医症状积分,血清NGF、BDNF含量,神经功能缺损程度变化情况。结果观察组、对照组总有效率分别为98.4%(63/64)、85.9%(55/64),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组中医症状评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的中医症状评分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),主要体现在气短乏力、畏寒肢冷、手足麻木、舌紫方面。治疗前两组血清NGF、BDNF含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的血清NGF、BDNF含量均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)神经功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的NIHSS评分显著降低,并且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血中药能够在一定程度上提高脑梗死患者的临床疗效,明显减轻脑梗死症状,并改善血清NGF、BDNF的含量以及神经功能缺损程度,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for benefiting Qi and activating blood circulation on contents of serum nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and the degree of neurological im⁃pairment in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 128 cases of cerebral infarction patients diagnosed and treated in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were used as the research object,64 cases treated with Edaravone were as the control group,and 64 cases treated with traditional Chinese medicine for benefiting Qi and activating blood circulation on the basis of the control group as the observation group.After 3 months of treatment,the curative effects,TCM symptom score,contents of serum NGF and BDNF and the changes in the degree of neurological deficit of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.4%and 85.9%,respectively,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the TCM symptom score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the TCM symptom scores of two groups after treatment were significantly reduced,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),mainly manifested in shortness of breath,fa⁃tigue,chills,numbness of hands and feet,and purple tongue.There was no significant difference in serum NGF or BDNF between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the contents of serum NGF and BDNF in two groups were significantly increased,and the contents of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the neurological function scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of two groups were significantly reduced,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine for benefiting Qi and activating blood circulation can improve the clinical curative effect of patients with cerebral infarc⁃tion to a certain extent,significantly reduce the symptoms of cerebral infarction,and improve the contents of serum NGF and BD⁃NF and the degree of neurological deficit.It has high application value.
