结构方程模型在中医药研究领域中的应用概况

Application Overview of Structural Equation Model in Traditional Chinese Medicine

近年来由于多元方法学的介入,中医药研究领域取得很多可观成效。基于结构方程模型(structural equation modeling,SEM)在中医药研究领域中的应用的相关文献研究,对其研究内容及方法介入层面进行梳理总结,从中医证候量化研究、中医学术思想“隐知识”显性转化、中医临床疗效评价的实现、中医辨证量表测量的效度检验、评估中医治疗性研究方案及优化指标体系、中药复方配伍机制分析等几个大方向对结构方程模型在中医药研究领域中的应用可行性进行概述,对其优缺点进行讨论总结,为今后中医药研究中选用结构方程模型作为处理分析方法时避开一些误区,并为其相关研究提供一定的参考价值。

In recent years,due to the intervention of multiple methodologies,the research field of traditional Chinese medicine has made considerable achievements.Based on the relevant literature research on the application of structural equation modeling(SEM)in the research field of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper combs its research contents and methods at the interven⁃tion level,summarizes the application feasibility of structural equation model in the field of traditional Chinese medicine research,and discusses its advantages and disadvantages from several general directions,such as the quantitative research of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine syndrome,the explicit transformation of"implicit knowledge"of traditional Chinese medicine academic thought,the realization of traditional Chinese medicine clinical efficacy evaluation,the validity test of traditional Chinese medicine syn⁃drome differentiation scale,the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic research scheme and optimization index sys⁃tem,and the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine compound compatibility mechanism.It can avoid some misunderstandings when choosing structural equation model as processing and analysis method in the future research of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide some reference value for its related research.
