香茶花芽汤对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效及异型增生、腺体萎缩的改善研究

Effect of Xiangcha Huaya Decoction(香茶花芽汤)on Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Spleen-Stomach Deficiency and Improvement of Atrophy of Dysplasia Glands

目的分析香茶花芽汤对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效及异型增生、腺体萎缩的改善研究。方法选取医院于2019年2月—2021年2月收治的102例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床资料进行分析,分为两组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用香茶花芽汤治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前中医证候、病理组织学评分组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后胃脘胀满、胃脘疼痛、形体消瘦、大便稀溏、异型增生、腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生、慢性炎症评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前胃泌素-17(gastrin-17,G-17)、血浆胃动素(motilin,MOT)、白细胞介素2受体(soluble interleukin-2 receptor,sIL-2R)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)、T淋巴细胞水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后G-17、MOT、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)水平高于对照组,sIL-2R、ET、CD^(+)_(8)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论香茶花芽汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎,可有效改善患者的临床症状及免疫功能,值得临床上推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Xiangcha Huaya Decoction(香茶花芽汤)on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency and the improvement of dysplasia gland atrophy.Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 was selected for analysis.The patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with Xiangcha Huaya Decoction,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in histopathological evaluation of TCM symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group showed epigastric distention,full of epigastric pain,body wasting,loose stool,dysplasia,glandular atrophy and chronic intestinal metaplasia,with lower scores than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of gastrin-17(G-17),motilin(MOT),interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),endothelin(ET)and T lymphocytes were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of G-17,MOT,CD^(+)_(4)and CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of sIL-2R,ET and CD^(+)_(8)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangcha Huaya Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and immune function of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency type and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
