固本培元法治疗老年性痴呆探析

Analysis on Treatment of Senile Dementia by Strengthening Foundation and Cultivating Vital Qi Method

老年性痴呆是常见的神经系统退行性疾病,中医在该病的诊治方面有自己的特色和优势。尽管老年性痴呆的病因病机有多种,但元气亏虚是其发病的根本,因此补虚固本,培补元气乃其治疗的基本原则。新安医学是中医学中最为重要的学术流派之一,“固本培元”是新安医学特色鲜明的学术理论之一,指导着许多疾病包括老年性痴呆的临床治疗,取得了较好的临床疗效。从新安医家创立的固本培元法的背景以及对老年性痴呆的病机认识,探讨了新安医学固本培元法在老年性痴呆治疗中的应用。

Senile dementia is a common neurodegenerative disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has its own characteristics and advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Although there are many causes and pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease,the deficiency of vital energy is the root of its pathogenesis.Therefore,supplementing the deficiency and consolidating the foundation and cultivating vital energy are the basic principles of its treatment.Xin'an medicine is one of the most important academic schools in traditional Chinese medicine.“Strengthening the foundation and cultivating the vital Qi”is one of the distinctive academic theories of Xin'an medicine,which guides the clinical treatment of many diseases,including Alzheimer's disease,and has achieved good clinical efficacy.This paper discussed the application of strengthening the foundation and cultivating the vital Qi method in the treatment of senile dementia from the background of strengthening the foundation and cultivating the vital Qi method and the understanding of the pathogenesis of senile dementia.
