Research progress of prognosis assessment and risk stratification of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

射血分数保留型心衰(HFpEF)是最常见的一种心力衰竭,其死亡率与射血分数降低型心衰(HFrEF)相似。目前对于其预后及风险评估尚存在不确定性。本文将从危险因素、血清学指标、心脏超声参数及合并症等角度来阐述对HFpEF预后评估及其危险分层的研究进展。

Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)is a most common heart failure.Its mortality is similar to heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Currently,there are still uncertainties in its prognosis and risk assessment.The present article will elaborate the research progress of HFpEF prognosis assessment and risk stratification from the aspects of risk factors,serological indexes,echocardiographic Doppler parameters and comorbidities etc.
