Research progress of hyperuricemia related complications

高尿酸血症(HUA)发生率日益增高。目前HUA被认为与心血管疾病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、多囊卵巢综合征等代谢性疾病的发生有关,大量研究显示尿酸与其他传统因素一样可以作为预测这些疾病的独立危险因素。本文就HUA相关并发症研究的进展作一综述,旨在为临床中相关代谢性疾病的治疗提供新方向。

Incidence rate of hyperuricemia(HUA)is increasing.Currently,HUA is thought to be associated with occurrence of cardiovascular diseases,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,polycystic ovarian syndrome and other metabolic diseases.Lots of researches have indicated that uric acid,like other traditional factors,can be used as an independent risk factor to predict these diseases.The present article makes a review on research progress of HUA-related complications,aiming at providing new directions for clinical treatment of related metabolic diseases.
