双心医学:冠心病合并抑郁的机制与治疗研究的进展

Psycho-cardiology: research progress of mechanism and treatment of coronary heart disease complicated depression

冠心病是危害人类身心健康的重大疾病,抑郁既是冠心病的常见并发症,也是冠心病的独立危险因素之一,越来越多的证据表明冠心病和抑郁之间联系紧密且相互影响。本文就冠心病合并抑郁的流行病学、机制以及当前临床一线用药的疗效作一综述,旨在为冠心病的防治提供新思路。

Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a major disease that damages human physical and mental health.Depression is not only a common complication of CHD,but also an independent risk factor of CHD.More and more evidence has indicated that CHD and depression are closely associated and affect each other.The present article makes a review on epidemiology and mechanism of CHD complicated depression as well as therapeutic effect of current first-line drugs,aiming at providing new thinking for prevention and treatment of CHD.
