摘要
NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)炎性小体在动脉粥样硬化、冠心病和心肌缺血-再灌注(I/R)损伤的发展中起重要作用,而NLRP3炎性小体可能成为预防和治疗心血管疾病(CVD)的新目标。本文就NLRP3炎性小体及其在CVD中的作用研究的进展作一综述,旨在为CVD的治疗和新药靶标提供新思路。
NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome plays an important role in development of atherosclerosis,coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemic reperfusion(I/R)injury,and it may be a new target for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases(CVD).The present article makes a review on research progress of NLRP3 inflammasome and its role in CVD,aiming at providing new thinking for treatment of CVD and new drug targets.
