摘要
全面育人一直是我国教育研究的经典话题,也是有待深入研究的重要议题。全面育人也是英国的传统理念和现实诉求。对英国W校的田野调查发现,该校形成了基于教育实践、教育时间和教育空间的全面育人机制:通过学科独立、学科载体和学科交叉的方式开展全科教学的育人实践;通过处处能育的空间环境、时时想育的心理状态、事事可育的关键机会营造全程浸入的育人时间;通过在宏观上以校级部门为组织保障、在中观上以跨年级的学生组织为运行载体、在微观上以各班级教师为实践主体,建构全校协同的育人空间。
Comprehensive education has always been a classic topic in Chinese education research,it is also a topic to be further studied.In Britain,Comprehensive education is a traditional concept and realistic appeal.Through the filed survey of British Primary School W,it finds W school forms a comprehensive education Mechanism from educational practice,educational time and educational space:W school carries out the practice of general education through the teaching approaches of subject independence,subject carrier and subject crossing;Creates the atmosphere that could educate in a whole process,by arranging a space environment of being educating everywhere,forming the psychological environment of wanting to be educated all the time,and seizing any key opportunities to educate;constructs the whole school education system by setting up university-level departments as the organizational guarantee at the macro level,organizing cross-grade student organizations as operation carriers at the middle level,and coordinating teachers of all classes as the practice subject at the micro level.
