摘要
针对部分海上油田因边底水锥进,导致油井水淹的问题,采用泡沫凝胶堵水体系进行压锥的思路,通过室内实验对泡沫凝胶的体系组成进行了优选,并对复合体系综合性能进行了评价。结果表明,阴非离子型起泡剂表面活性剂PA的泡沫综合值更高,其最佳使用浓度为3000~6000mg/L;干粉聚合物作为稳泡剂,其黏度值远远高于乳液型聚合物,同时具有一定的耐温性能。采用干粉聚合物2000~4000mg/L+交联剂2000~4000mg/L的体系,生成的凝胶强度大;复合泡沫凝胶体系同等条件下,体积为普通凝胶的3倍以上,并且具有良好注入性和封堵能力。
In view of the problem of oil well flooding caused by edge and bottom water coning in some offshore oilfields,the idea of using foam gel water plugging system to conduct cone pressing was adopted.The composition of foam gel system was optimized through indoor experiments,and the comprehensive performance of the composite system was evaluated.The results showed that the comprehensive value of foam of anionic non-ionic foaming agent D was higher,and its optimal concentration was 3000~6000mg/L;As a foaming agent,the viscosity of dry powder polymer is much higher than that of lotion polymer,and it also has certain temperature resistance.The system of dry powder polymer 2000~4000mg/L+cross-linking agent 2000~4000mg/L produces a strong gel;The volume of composite foam gel system was more than 3 times that of ordinary gel under the same conditions,and it has good injectivity and plugging ability.
