摘要
在有机硅生产过程中,副产物一甲基二氯硅烷回收再利用方法大多数为与三甲基一氯硅烷经一定的比例混合后进行水解反应,水解后的酸性含氢硅油再经过沉降、中和、调聚,脱出低分子物、压滤等工序制备二甲基高含氢硅油。从调整原材料一甲基二氯硅烷与三甲基一氯硅烷的比例、水解过程中的反应温度、轻质纯碱及小苏打的投入比例、反应温度以及活性白土回收再利用等方面入手,介绍了有机硅行业中二甲基高含氢硅油制备过程中的节能降耗措施。在保障二甲基高含氢硅油产品质量的基础上,达到节能降耗的目的。
In the production process of organic silicon,the recovery and reuse method of by-product monomethyldichlorosilane was mostly hydrolysis reaction after mixing with trimethylmonochlorosilane in a certain proportion.After the hydrolysis,the acid hydrogen silicon oil will settle,neutralize and then prepare dimethyl and high hydrogen silicon oil.From adjusting the raw material one methyl dichlorosilane and the proportion of trimethyl dichlorosilane,adjusting the reaction temperature in the process of hydrolysis,adjusting the proportion of light soda,baking soda,poly reaction temperature,active clay recycling,this paper introduced the organic silicon industry in the process of energy saving and consumption reduction measures.On the basis of ensuring the quality of dimethyl high-hydrogen silicone oil products,the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction was achieved.
