负压封闭引流技术结合外固定支架对骨折并软组织缺损的应用效果

Application of VSD technology combined with external fixator in the treatment of fracture and soft tissue defect

目的:探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术结合外固定支架对骨折并软组织缺损患者的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析54例开放性骨折并软组织缺损患者的临床资料。根据治疗方式不同将患者分为VSD组与普通组。VSD组采用外固定支架进行治疗,并结合VSD技术进行创面引流,防止患者创面感染。普通组采用外固定支架进行治疗,结合内层凡士林油纱布和外层纱布来进行创面的防感染。比较两组患者的创面愈合情况、创面愈合时间、创面感染情况、创面修复情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果:VSD组创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、创面感染率与普通组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VSD组术后并发症发生率与普通组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:VSD技术结合外固定支架的治疗方案能够明显促进开放性骨折并软组织缺损患者的愈合效果,缩短愈合时间,降低创面感染发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of VSD technology combined with external fixation in the treatment of fracture and soft tissue defect.Method A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 54 patients with open fractures and soft tissue defects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into VSD group and general group.VSD group was treated with external fixator and wound drainage combined with VSD technology to prevent wound infection.The general group was treated with external fixator,combined with inner vaseline oil gauze and outer gauze to prevent wound infection.The wound healing,wound healing time,wound infection,wound repair and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing rate,wound healing time,and wound infection rate in the VSD group were significantly different from those in the general group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the VSD group and the general group(P>0.05).Conclusion VSD technology combined with external fixation can significantly promote the healing effect of patients with open fractures and soft tissue defects,shorten the healing time and reduce the incidence of wound infection.
