公正转型与可持续发展理念是一致的,公正转型金融是可持续金融和转型金融的重要组成部分。当前,我国公正转型和公正转型金融实践仍处于起步阶段,应积极探索发展公正转型金融,主动深化公正转型和公正转型金融研究,建立健全公正转型政策协同体系,将公正转型融入商业银行环境、社会和治理(ESG)管理体系,建立公正转型金融的生态圈,渐进有序实现“双碳”目标。

The concept of just transition is consistent with that of sustainable development.Just transition is an important part of sustainable finance and financial transition.At present,the practices of just transition and just transition finance are stil in its infancy.We should actively explore and develop just transition finance,actively deepen the research of just transition and just transition finance,establish and improve the policy coordination system of just transition,integrate just transition into the ESG management system of commercial banks,establish an ecosphere of just transition finance and gradually and orderly achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
