摘要
研究了模压温度对氧化石墨烯-碳纤维混杂增强树脂基(GO-CF/EP)复合材料的阻尼性能的影响。采用真空浸渗热压法制备不同模压温度下的GO-CF/EP复合材料,通过力锤法试验测试其阻尼性能,通过扫描电镜观察不同模压温度下的试件的微观形貌,得出了阻尼性能与复合材料结构之间的关系。根据试验结果和微观形貌图分析了不同模压温度下GO-CF/EP复合材料的阻尼性能的增强与失效机制。研究发现,模压温度通过影响树脂的浸渗情况,来影响基体与增强体之间的结合强度。当树脂浸渗效果较差时,材料的阻尼比会增大,但是浸渗效果差会影响复合材料的力学性能。因而该工艺下制备GO-CF/EP复合材料时,其模压温度应设置为50℃。
The effect of molding temperature on the damping properties of graphene oxide-carbon fiber hybrid reinforced resin matrix(GO-CF/EP)composite was investigated.The GO-CF/EP composites at different molding temperatures were prepared by vacuum infiltration hot pressing method.The damping property of the composite was tested by force hammer method,and the microstructure of the specimens under different molding temperatures was observed by scanning electron microscope.The relationship between the damping property and the structure of the composite was obtained.The damping enhancement and failure mechanism of GO-CF/EP composites at different molding temperatures were analyzed according to the experimental results and the microscopic topography.It is found that the molding temperature affects the bond strength between matrix and reinforcement by affecting the infiltration of resin.When the resin infiltration effect is poor,the damping ratio of the material will be increased,but the mechanical properties of the composite will be affected due to the poor infiltration effect.Therefore,when GO-CF/EP composites are prepared under this process,the molding temperature should be set to 50℃.
