摘要
目的 探讨精子活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS)与男性年龄、常规精液参数的相关性。方法 检测2020年7月至2020年9月在上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院就诊的405例男性精子ROS和精液参数,根据精子ROS的含量分为高ROS组和低ROS组,分析两组间精液参数差异及精子ROS与精液参数的相关性。结果 高ROS组与低ROS组相比,年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但高ROS组精子浓度、精子存活率和正常精子形态率均低于低ROS组(P<0.01)。Spearman相关性分析提示精子ROS与精子浓度、精子存活率和正常精子形态率存在负相关(P<0.05)。结论 精子ROS含量与男性年龄无明显相关性,与精子浓度、精子存活率和正常精子形态率存在相关关系,具有协同评估精液质量的价值。
Objective To investigate the correlation of sperm reactive oxygen species(ROS)with male age and routine semen parameters.Methods Detected the sperm ROS and semen parameters of 405 male patients who were treated at the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital afiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong Universityof Medical College from July 2020 to September 2020,and they were divided into the high ROS group and low ROS group according to the content of sperm ROS.The sperm parameters of two groups was compared and the correlation between sperm ROS and sperm parameters was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in male age between the two groups(P>0.05).The sperm concentration,sperm survival rate and normal sperm morphology rate in the high ROS group were lower than those in the low ROS group(P<0.O1).Spearman correlation analysis showed that sperm ROS was negatively correlated with sperm concentration,sperm survival rate and normal sperm morphology rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The sperm ROS has no significant correlation with male age,but is associated with sperm concentration,sperm survival rate and normal sperm morphology rate,which has the potential to be used as an indicator of seminal quality.
