化痰祛瘀开窍汤加减对慢性鼻窦炎术后治疗效果及鼻黏膜恢复的影响

Effect of modified Huatan Quyu Kaiqiao decoction on postoperative treatment of chronic sinusitis and recovery of nasal mucosa

目的研究化痰祛瘀开窍汤加减对慢性鼻窦炎术后治疗效果及鼻黏膜恢复的影响。方法将81例接受内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为研究组43例、对照组38例,术后对照组抗生素治疗,研究组加用化痰祛瘀开窍汤加减进行治疗,连续治疗4周。观察比较两组临床疗效及鼻黏膜恢复情况。结果研究组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后2周、术后4周的鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率(MTR)优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组出现黏浓涕、血痂及黏膜水肿肥厚的比率比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组术后窦腔黏膜上皮化所需时间比对照组短,复发率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎术后应用化痰祛瘀开窍汤加减有确切的临床效果,可进患者鼻黏膜恢复进程,预后及转归良好。

Objective To study the effect of modified Huatan Quyu Kaiqiao decoction on the therapeutic effect and the recovery of nasal mucosa after chronic sinusitis surgery.Methods 81 patients with chronic sinusitis who received endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into study group(43 cases)and control group(38 cases).The control group was treated with antibiotics after surgery,and the study group was additionally given modified Huatan Quyu Kaiqiao decoction,and they were treated for 4 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy and nasal mucosa recovery were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The nasal mucociliary transport rate(MTR)at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery in study group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of thick sticky nasal discharge,blood crust and mucosal edema and hypertrophy were lower in study group than those in control group(P<0.05).The time required for postoperative sinus mucosal epithelialization in study group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified Huatan Quyu Kaiqiao decoction after chronic sinusitis surgery has a definite clinical effect,and can promote the recovery process of nasal mucosa,with good prognosis and outcomes.
