战国至唐朝中医眼科熏洗法发展考

Development of eye fumigation in traditional Chinese medicine from the Warring States Period to the Tang Dynasty

隋唐时期“耳目口齿科”从内、外科中分离。《龙树眼论》、《刘皓眼论准的歌》等眼科专著,《诸病源候论》、《备急千金要方》、《外台秘要》等重要典籍陆续问世,唐朝之后世眼科的发展提供了坚实的理论和实践支持。通过整理战国至唐朝的眼科相关古籍及文献资料,可以发现“中医眼科熏洗法”作为眼科重要辅助治疗手段,发展历史悠久,应用广泛,已形成一个相对完整的治疗体系,常与内治法密切配合,具有极好的疗效,展现了中医治疗眼病的优势。此研究通过挖掘、整理古籍中熏洗法相关记载,以使其能顺应时代潮流,古法新用,造福眼病患者,为现代临床提供坚实的理论基础与实践指导。

“Otolaryngology”was separated from internal medicine and surgery during the Sui and Tang Dynasties.Ophthalmology monographs such as Long Shu Yan Lun,Liu Hao Yan Lun Zhun Di Ge and important classics such as Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang,Wai Tai Mi Yao have been published one after another,providing solid theoretical and practical support for the development of ophthalmology after the Tang Dynasty.By sorting out the ancient books and documents related to Traditional Chinese ophthalmology from the Warring States to the Tang Dynasty,we can find that“Fumigation and Washing Method”has a long history of development and wide application as an important auxiliary treatment method.It has formed a relatively complete treatment system,which is often closely coordinated with internal treatment,with excellent curative effect and shows the advantages of TCM in treating eye diseases.This study excavates and sorts out the related records of fumigation and washing in ancient books,so as to make them conform to the trend of the times,make new use of ancient methods as well as benefit patients with eye diseases,and provide a solid theoretical basis and practical guidance for modern clinic.
