摘要
针对某型舰用发射装置涡轮泵发射系统中机械密封动环卡槽断裂故障,通过建立故障树对故障发生的可能原因进行筛查,并通过仿真分析、试验验证等方法对故障发生的原因进行逐一分析和排查,确定动环断裂的机理,得出导致动环断裂的原因是动环卡槽根部的应力集中。在反复交变应力的作用下,线切割产生的表面微裂纹发生扩展,最终发生断裂。针对上述机理,提出有效的纠正措施,对动环结构设计,加工工艺进行优化改进,通过对比试验验证有效解决动环断裂的故障。
To find the real broken reason of the mechanical seal rotating seal ring of turbopump,fault tree is set up to help find out all possible reasons,which are analyzed and troubleshot one by one through simulation analysis and tests.As a result,the broken mechanism is found,that is,stress concentration on the tooth root of the rotating seal ring and alternating working stress make the micro-cracks which are produced on the wire-electrode cutting extend to broke.According to this mechanism,some effective measures are put forward to help improve the structure design and processing technology.Finally,the effectiveness of measures is proved by contrast tests.
