钢铁企业压缩空气系统节能改造分析

摘要 压缩空气是钢铁行业应用广泛的动力介质,其能耗占比高,节能改造潜力巨大。钢铁行业压缩空气系统存在设备老旧气耗居高不下、集中供气管道敷设不合理压降高、压力控制滞后、高配低用、跑冒滴漏等问题,造成能源损耗大,浪费严重。通过空压机智能控制系统实现空压机启停、加卸载集中智能控制功能,合理分配输送管道,优化干燥机选型,改善“跑冒滴漏”现象等节能改造,可以有效减少系统损耗,降低运行成本,提高压缩空气系统的能源利用效率。 Compressed air is a widely used power medium in the iron and steel industry.Its energy consumption accounts for a high proportion,and its energy-saving transformation potential is huge.There are many reasons for high energy consumption in the compressed air system of the iron and steel industry,such as old equipment,high gas consumption,unreasonable laying of centralized gas supply pipeline,high pressure drop,lagging pressure control,high configuration and low consumption,leakage,etc.These problems lead to large energy consumption and serious waste.We can take measures such as intelligent control system of air compressor,centralized intelligent control of air compressor startup and shutdown,loading and unloading,rational distribution of conveying pipes,optimization of dryer selection and improvement of"running,dripping and leaking"to carry out energy-saving transformation.These measures can effectively reduce the loss,reduce the operating cost and improve the energy utilization efficiency of the compressed air system.
