摘要
文章以上海市一位卓越教师作为研究对象,采用案例研究法对该教师的学习经历进行调研并做分析阐释。研究以转化性学习四阶段为经,以卓越教师在其成长过程中所遭遇的关键事件为纬,呈现了转化性学习作为教师专业成长的动态路径,并从学习意志的独立性、自觉性和坚持性等特征角度,揭示了学习意志在卓越教师转化性学习过程中的具体作用。
This study takes an excellent teacher in Shanghai as the research object,and uses the case study method to investigate and interpret the teacher’s learning experience.Based on the four stages of transformative learning and the critical events experienced by the excellent teacher during the teacher growth,this study presents the dynamic path of transformative learning as teacher professional growth,and reveals the specific role of the will to learn in the process of excellent teachers’transformative learning from the perspective of independence,consciousness and persistence.
