摘要 近年来,美国教育学者提出的理解为先的逆向教学设计模式风靡世界。结合校本研修实际,肖塘中学迁移并运用理解为先的逆向教学设计模式,创新实践乡镇初中学校校本研修。该研修模式提供了清晰的研究方案设计框架,依据逆向设计的三个阶段,从研修目标出发,设置相应的评估方式,再安排相应的研修规划,确保校本培训各环节有效连接。 In recent years,the“Understanding by Design teaching backward design model”proposed by American educational scholars has swept the world.Combined with the reality of school-based study,Xiaotang Middle School innovatively applied this model to practice the school-based study of township middle schools.This training mode provides a clear framework for the design of research programs.According to the three stages of backward design,the contents include training objectives,setting the corresponding evaluation methods,and then arranging the comparable training plans,which effectively ensures the efficient link of all aspects of school-based study.The research always focuses on the key points of school-based study,thus ensuring the coordination of project design and keynotes,as well as improving the effectiveness of teaching and research.
