摘要
为解决大型捣固车捣固方案计划作业量与实际作业量存在偏差的问题,建立精测精捣试验段,对捣固作业前后线路高程、平面进行绝对测量,采用残差分析方法剔除异常数据,建立捣固方案计划作业量与实际作业量的回归分析模型,提出了大型捣固车作业兑现率指标;针对不同捣固车型及捣稳模式的捣固方案,计算其兑现率及相应的大机修正参数,采用频域分析等方法对比了各捣固方案对线路绝对高程的改善效果。结果表明:捣固方案计划作业量与实际作业量强相关;DCL-32/单捣+单捣+稳定、DCL-32/单捣+稳定+单捣、DC-32/单遍双捣+稳定三种模式的现场作业兑现率较高,其中DCL-32/单捣+稳定+单捣模式对轨道高程偏差的改善效果最好。
In order to solve the problem of deviation between the planned quantity and the actual operation quantity of the tamping scheme of large tamping machine,the precise measurement and precise tamping test section was established to carry out absolute measurement of the line elevation and plane before and after the tamping operation,the residual analysis method was used to eliminate the abnormal data,the regression model between the planned quantity and actual operation quantity of the tamping scheme was established,and the operation fulfillment rate index of large tamping machine was proposed.According to the tamping schemes of different tamping models and different tamping modes,the fulfillment rate and corresponding large tamping machine correction parameters were calculated,and the improvement effect of each tamping scheme on the absolute elevation of the line was compared by frequency domain analysis and other methods.The results show that the planned quantity of tamping scheme is strongly correlated with the actual operation quantity.DCL-32/single tamping+single tamping+stabilization,DCL-32/single tamping+stabilization+single tamping,DC-32/single pass double tamping+stabilization have higher field operation fulfillment rate,among which DCL-32/single tamping+stabilization+single tamping mode has the best improvement effect on track elevation deviation.
