摘要 煤矿隐蔽致灾因素管控是智能化矿山的重要组成部分,是智能化矿山建设的优先环节。为了更加全面、准确、及时地了解和掌握影响煤矿安全的各个危险因素的变化情况,使煤矿安全生产逐步走向透明化,根据晋能控股煤业集团有限公司马脊梁煤矿(以下简称“马脊梁煤矿”)地质条件和隐蔽致灾因素现状,设计了马脊梁煤矿煤矿隐蔽致灾因素智能管控平台,介绍了该平台的总体架构设计,并详细阐述了该管控平台在马脊梁煤矿的具体应用以及应用效果。实际应用表明,隐蔽致灾因素智能管控平台的应用具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。 The management and control of hidden disaster-causing factors in coal mines is an important part and a priority link of intelligent mine construction.In order to more comprehensively,accurately and timely understand and master the changes of various risk factors affecting coal mine safety,according to the geological conditions and the current conditions of hidden disaster-causing factors in Majiliang Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Majiliang Coal Mine"),an intelligent control platform for hidden disaster-causing factors in Majiliang Coal Mine is designed,and the overall architecture design of the platform is introduced,the specific application and effect of the management and control platform in Majiliang Coal Mine are described in detail.The practical application shows that the intelligent management and control platform for hidden disaster-causing factors can realize dynamic assessment,deep prediction and timely early warning of various hidden disaster-causing factors,provide decision support for the prevention and control of coal mine disasters,and effectively improve the ability of coal mine disaster prevention and control.
