摘要
江苏徐矿能源股份有限公司张双楼煤矿(以下简称“张双楼煤矿”)为冲击地压矿井,针对冲击地压隐蔽致灾因素,系统开展了不同区域冲击倾向性鉴定、不同尺度冲击危险性评价;利用微震监测系统,从微震能量分布与历史矿压显现规律,分析得到了矿井冲击隐蔽致灾因素。建立了致灾因素“全时全频”监控体系;采取了区域与局部相结合、地质与生产因素双消除的技术策略,分别研发了大采深、煤层合成区、坚硬砂岩区、断层构造区等致灾因素的针对性消除技术方案;同时,提出了张双楼煤矿冲击地压治理理念,建立了冲击地压致灾因素管控体系,实现了冲击地压致灾因素区域性与超前性的“灾源消除”。通过多年现场应用,防冲效果显著,对于深部复杂条件冲击地压矿井灾害控制具有较强的指导与借鉴作用。
Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine of Xuzhou Coal Mining Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine") is a rock burst mine.In view of the hidden disaster-causing factors of rock burst,the identification of rock burst tendency in different regions and the evaluation of rock burst risk in different scales were systematically carried out.Using the micro-seismic monitoring system,the hidden disaster-causing factors of mine rock burst are analyzed from the distribution of micro-seismic energy and the law of historical rock pressure.A full-time and full-frequency monitoring system for disaster-causing factors was established,and a targeted technical solutions for eliminating disaster-causing factors such as large mining depth,coal seam synthesis area,hard sandstone area and fault structure area had been developed respectively by using the technical strategy of regional-local combination and geology-production factors elimination.The management concept of rock burst in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine was put forward,and the management and control system of rock burst disaster-causing factors was established,which realized the regional and advanced disaster source elimination of rock burst disaster-causing factors.Through several years of field application,the rock burst prevention effect is remarkable,which has a strong guidance and reference function for the disaster control of deep and complex rock burst mines.
