王庄煤矿隐蔽致灾因素普查治理创新实践 被引量:2

摘要 煤矿隐蔽致灾因素普查治理是有效防范各类煤矿灾害事故的根本途径和治本之策。王庄煤矿为了查明矿井隐蔽致灾因素,全面开展矿井隐蔽致灾因素普查工作。针对井下地质构造普查、采空区积水、雨季“三防”时期隐蔽致灾因素提出了相应治理措施。从建立和完善“一通三防”管理制度,加大考核力度;加强通风瓦斯管理,巩固抽采达标;强化重点区域、关键节点瓦斯抽采管理3个方面对瓦斯隐蔽致灾因素进行了防治。为进一步强化矿井隐蔽致灾因素普查治理工作,王庄煤矿创新性地提出“两创三重”隐蔽致灾因素普查治理管控机制,采用“共判共治、共担共治”联动机制做好煤矿隐蔽致灾因素普查治理工作。 The general survey and control of hidden disaster-causing factors in coal mines is the fundamental way to effectively prevent all kinds of coal mine disasters and accidents.In order to find out the hidden disaster-causing factors in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,a comprehensive survey of hidden disaster-causing factors was carried out.According to underground geological structure,water accumulation in goaf,and hidden disaster-causing factors during the flood control,flood prevention and lightning protection period in rainy season,corresponding control measures were put forward;from improving the ventilation and three disasters prevention management system and increasing the assessment efforts,strengthening the ventilation and gas management and consolidating the standard of gas drainage,enhancing the gas drainage management in key areas and key nodes,the gas hidden disaster-causing factors were prevented and controlled.In order to further strengthen the general survey and control of hidden disaster-causing factors in the coal mine,Wangzhuang Coal Mine innovatively proposed the "two-innovation and three-emphasis" mechanism for the general survey and control of hidden disaster-causing factors,and adopted the linkage mechanism of "joint judgment and joint treatment" to carry out the general survey and control of hidden disaster-causing factors in the coal mine.
