摘要
分析了贵州省毕节市织金县40对生产建设矿井区域地质构造特征,总结分析了近5年织金县煤矿安全生产状况及瓦斯治理、防治水、机电运输等存在的问题;深入研究了井田范围、生产建设规模、煤与瓦斯突出、水文地质及设备运行环境中隐蔽致灾因素,介绍了所采取的事故风险防控措施。为彻底治理水、瓦斯等生产灾害,采取了无煤柱联合开采布置及瓦斯水害和机运综合治理,在治理安全生产隐患的同时,还提高了煤炭采出率。
This paper analyzes the regional geological structure characteristics of 40 production and construction mines in Zhijin County,and summarizes and analyzes the safety production status and the existing problems of gas control,water prevention and control,mechanical and electrical transportation in recent 5 years,deeply studies the hidden disaster-causing factors in the aspects of mine field scope,production and construction scale,coal and gas outburst,hydrogeology and equipment operation environment,and introduces the adopted accident risk prevention and control measures.In order to thoroughly control the water,gas and other production disasters,the combined mining arrangement without coal pillar and the comprehensive treatment of gas,water and mechanical transportation were adopted,which controls the hidden danger of safety production and improves the coal mining rate.
