摘要 目的:实现临床标本信息化、智能化全流程闭环管理,提升标本流转质量与效率。方法:分析标本流转过程中存在的问题,根据国家相关质量指标及等级医院评审要求,利用5G网络、条形码、移动终端、信息集成等技术,有效整合医院信息系统与实验室信息系统,实现检验标本流转关键环节的信息化管理。结果:实现了包括标本采集、标本打包、标本运送、标本签收、标本上机、报告审核、报告出具等环节的全流程信息化管理,具备GPS定位、温度监测等功能,同时实现了运送员智能调度管理,系统可根据运送目标自动匹配最优运送员、规划最优运送路线。2022年1月-6月,基于5G的智能标本流转管理方案实施后,标本流转正确率显著高于2021年同期(P<0.05)。结论:基于5G的智能标本流转管理方案实现了标本转运的全流程动态监管,有效提升了标本转运质量及智能化程度。 Objective To realize the whole-process and closed-loop management of clinical specimen,and to improve the quality and efficiency of specimen circulation.Methods Analyze the problems existed in the process of specimen circulation,in accordance with the relevant national quality indicators and the evaluation requirements of graded hospitals,the Hospital Information System(HIS)and Laboratory Information System(LIS)were integrated by applying 5G network,barcode,mobile terminal,information integration and other technologies effectively,to realize digital management of the key links in specimen circulation.Results The system has realized the whole-process digital management,including specimen collection,specimen packing,specimen transportation,specimen signing,specimen computer operation,report review,report issuing,etc.The system has the functions of GPS positioning,temperature monitoring,and realizes the intelligent scheduling management of the transport personnel.The system can automatically match the optimal transport personnel and plan the optimal transportation route according to the transport target.From January to June 2022,after the implementation of the 5G-based intelligent specimen circulation management scheme,the accuracy of specimen circulation was significantly higher than that of the same period in 2021(P<0.05).Conclusion The 5G-based intelligent specimen circulation management scheme can realize the dynamic supervision of the whole-process of specimen transfer,and improve the quality and level of intelligence of specimen transfer effectively.
