耳温仪的物联网模块扩展设计与实现

摘要 目的:设计一种无线耳温采集系统,适配现有非物联网耳温枪,使病区体温测量数据自动上传,保证数据的准确性,解决护理人员在抄写、核对体温数据时花费的重复性工作时间冗长的问题。方法:硬件部分借助护理智能终端(PDA或平板电脑)、NFC技术、蓝牙技术,软件部分使用MySQL作为数据库管理系统,基于Android 8.1操作系统实现应用交互,对接院内移动护理系统。结果:将人员、位置、时间、测量数据进行关联,实现患者生命体征数据安全可靠地自动采集。结论:该系统数据传输稳定可靠,降低了数据录入差错率,提高了护士的工作效率,有效提升病区医疗数字化水平。 Objective To design a wireless ear temperature acquisition system,which adapts to the existing non-IoT(Internet of Things)ear temperature gun,upload the temperature measurement data automatically and ensure the accuracy of the data,so as to solve the problems of long repetitive working hours for nursing staff copying and checking body temperature data.Methods A nursing smart terminal(PDA or tablet),NFC technology,and Bluetooth technology were applied in the hardware part,and MySQL was applied in the software part as the database management system.Based on Android 8.1 operating system,the application interaction was realized to dock the mobile nursing system in the hospital.Results The personnel,location,time,and measurement data were correlated to realize the automatic collection of patients'vital signs data safely and reliably.Conclusion The system is stable and reliable in data transmission,reduces the error rate of data entry,improves the work efficiency of nurses,and effectively improves the level of IT application in medical care units.
