输油管道废弃清洗剂技术现状和发展趋势探讨

随着油田产量下降和腐蚀风险,我国约3000多公里管道存在报废处置需求,《安全生产法》对管道清洗提出更高要求,管道清洗存在油蜡残余物风险较高。阐述了常用清洗剂、优缺点和适用条件,物理化学技术清洗剂性能不能保证管道清洗质量。研发新型高效报废管道清洗剂,室内测试清洗剂在15℃溶解速率为0.56mm/min,溶垢能力为1.1g/g,现场应用清洗效果良好。从清洗性能和安全环保方面阐述了未来高效清洗剂研究重点和发展趋势。

With the decline of oil field production and corrosion risk,there is a need to handle more than 3000km pipelines in China.The safe production law puts forward higher requirements for pipeline cleaning,and the risk of oil wax residues in pipeline cleaning is high.The paper expounds the common cleaning agents,advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions.The performance of physical and chemical cleaning agents can not ensure the quality of pipeline cleaning.Develop a new high-efficiency abandoned pipeline cleaning agent.The test cleaning agent has a dissolution rate of 0.56mm/min at 15℃and a scale dissolving capacity of 1.1g/g.The cleaning effect of on-site application is good.From the aspects of cleaning performance,safety and environmental protection,the paper expounds the research focus and development trend of high-efficiency cleaning agents in the future.
