Industrial Application of JYH-2001 Neutralization Inhibitor in Distillation Unit

本文探讨了广州石化公司一蒸馏装置塔顶低温系统腐蚀防护,并对JYH-2001中和缓蚀剂在广州石化公司一蒸馏装置的工业应用情况进行了介绍。工业应用结果表明,JYH-2001中和缓蚀剂对抑制蒸馏装置塔顶低温部位冷凝形成HCl-H2S-H2O型腐蚀系统腐蚀,具有良好的防腐效果,保障了装置的稳定运转。

This paper discusses the corrosion protection of the low temperature system on the top of a distillation unit in Guangzhou Petrochemical Company,and introduces the industrial application of JYH-2001 neutralization corrosion inhibitor in a distillation unit in Guangzhou Petrochemical Company.The results of industrial application show that JYH-2001 neutralization corrosion inhibitor has a good anticorrosion effect on the corrosion of HCl-H2S-H2O type corrosion system formed by condensation at the low temperature site on the top of the distillation unit tower,which ensures the stable operation of the unit.
