从“15分钟生活圈”到“海淀城市双圈”——后大院时代共建共治共享的有机更新之路

From“15-minute Life Circle”to“Urban Double Circles of Haidian District”:Organic Renewal Road of Co-construction,Co-governanee and Sharing in Post-compound Era

以“15分钟生活圈”的构建方法为研究对象,基于北京市海淀区学院路街道“15分钟生活圈”构建的实践方法,结合海淀区城市特色和城市更新特点,将“15分钟生活圈”理论进行在地化发展,创新提出“海淀城市双圈”理论,即“15分钟生活圈和15分钟创新圈”。在学院路街道的石油共生大院和逸成体育公园进行实践,为后续海淀区开展“15分钟生活圈”的建设提供可复制、可推广的经验。

Taking the construction method of K15-minute life circle"as the research object,based on the practical method of constructing"15-minute life circle"in Xueyuan Road Street,Haidian District,combined with the urban characteristics and renewal features of Haidian District,the theory of B15-minute life circle"was developed locally,and the theory of"urban double circles of Haidian District"was innovated and proposed,namely tt15-minute life circle"and B15-minute innovation circle".The practice is carried out in the Petroleum Symbiotic Compound and Yicheng Sports Park in Xueyuan Road Street,which will provide replicable and propagable experience for the subsequent construction of"15-minute life circle"in Haidian District.
