战略留白地区规划实施路径研究——以北京市丰台区和义街道为例

Implementation Path of Planning of Strategic Area for Future Development:Taking Heyi Street,Fengtai District,Beijing as an Example

结合北京市南中轴和义街道战略留白地区规划案例,研究居民对环境品质提升的现实诉求,确定近期以兜底性、临时性为原则,以公共空间整治、配套设施改善、体制机制创新为工作重点,探索进阶式规划实施路径,以期为各地开展老城更新、旧城改造工作提供参考。

Based on the case of Heyi Street in south central axis of Beijing,which is a strategic area for future development,residents'realistic demands for the improvement of environmental quality are studied,the principle of keeping the bottom line and being temporary in the near future,focusing on public space renovation,supporting facilities improvement and institutional innovation is determined,the advanced planning implementation path is explored.In order to carry out the old city renewal and transformation work to provide reference.
