摘要
开展街区景观更新实践对实现城市可持续发展具有重要意义。首先明晰街区景观更新要素,其次依托北京市责任规划师制度的工作体系与保障机制,分析昌平区龙泽园街道回龙观大街的街区景观风貌现状,最后从统筹兼顾城市发展与居民需求的角度出发,提出街区景观更新的4项策略。
It is of great significance to carry out practice of block Iandscape renewal to realize sustainable development of the city.Firstly,the elements of block landscape renewal are clarified.Secondly,based on the working system and guarantee mechanism of Beijing responsible planner system,the current situation of block landscape style of Huilongguan Street in Longzeyuan Street of Changping District is analyzed.Finally,four strategies of block landscape renewal are proposed from the perspective of overall consideration of urban development and residents'needs.
