在生态文明时代,自然环境与人工环境的和谐相融、绿色低碳发展成为城市空间构建的重点。研究着眼于“在地化”设计理念,探索生态低碳背景下的城市设计方法,基于云南滇中新区小哨国际新城核心区的实践,提出“以绿为先、以韧为基、以轻为径、以文为魂”的系统性空间策略,塑造符合生态发展要求的空间框架,彰显具有在地特色的城市风貌,强化对建设行为的精细化管控与引导。

In the era of ecological civilization,the harmonious integration of natural environment and artificial environ merits,and gree n and low-carb on developme nt have become the focus of urban space construction.The research focuses on the design concept of localization,explores urban design methods in the context of ecological and low-carbon development,and based on the practice of Core Area of Xiaoshao Inrernational New City in Dianzhong New Distrct,Yunan,proposes a systematic spatial strategy of taking green as the first,toughness as the foundation,light as the path,and culture as the soul,shaping a spatial framework that meets the requirements of ecological development,highlighting the urban style with local characteristics,and strengthening the meticulous control and guidanee of construction behavior.
