人口老龄化已成为社会关注的焦点,政府与各个行业均在思考如何快速提升养老设施数量及质量。以蛇口幸福大楼适老化改造项目为例,探究通过建筑改造及适老化设计使旧建筑快速改造为养老设施,进而盘活存量物业。
Population aging has become focus of social attention,government and various in dustries are con sidering how to quickly improve quantity and quality of elderly care facility.Taking Shekou Xingfu Building as an example,through architectural renovation and aging design,old building has been rapidly transformed into an elderly care facility,revitalized the existing properties.
