Urban Infrastructure Construction Planning of Shenyang

随着我国城镇化进程加快,以超大城市、特大城市为中心城市的城市群和都市圈成为经济社会发展的主要载体,现代化城市基础设施建设成为中心城市发展的核心任务。通过分析沈阳市城市建设现状,提出沈阳市应围绕基础设施建设,加快开展“十四五”重大项目谋划,提升辐射与带动能力,引领沈阳现代化都市圈、辽宁乃至东北地区尽快实现全面振兴。

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas with megacities as the central cities have become the main carriers of economic and social development,the construction of modern urban infrastructure has become the core task of central city development.By analyzing the current situation of urban construction in Shenyang,Shenyang should focus on infrastructure construction,accelerating the planning of major projects in the 14th Five-year Plan,improving radiation and driving capacity,and leading’s Shenyang modern metropolitan area,Liaoning and Northeast China to achieve comprehensive revitalization as soon as possible.
