摘要
课程达成情况评价是设置的课程目标在现有教学体系下达成与否的判定依据,评价结果可以反馈课程教学质量的优劣,从而为后续教学过程的调整指明方向。“食品工艺学”是福建农林大学食品科学学院食品科学与工程专业必修专业课之一,被认定为国家级一流本科课程。以“食品工艺学”课程为例,基于OBE平台对课程达成情况进行评价,并提出持续改进措施,可为相关专业课程的课程达成情况评价与持续改进提供参考。
The evaluation of course achievement is the basis to judge whether the set course objectives are achieved or not under the existing teaching system.The evaluation results can feedback the quality of course teaching,so as to point out the direction for the adjustment of the subsequent teaching process.Food Technology is one of the required courses for the major of food science and engineering.Taking this course as an example and evaluate the course achievement based on OBE platform and put forward continuous improvement measures,which could provide reference for the course achievement evaluation of relevant courses.
