摘要
“食品化学”内容多、基础性强、抽象、学习难度大,在线开放课程具有可重复性、充分利用碎片化时间、依据个性特点等进行学习具有增强学习效果、培养创新思维、提高学习效率和学习兴趣的作用。将“食品化学”在线开放课程的设计理念和模式、内容设计及平台搭建、组织与实施、反思与改进等方面内容进行介绍和分析,为更好地建设和使用“食品化学”在线课程提供依据。
ion and great learning difficulty.The online open course is repeatable,makes full use of fragmented time and learns according to individual characteristics.It has the functions of enhancing learning effect,cultivating innovative thinking,improving learning efficiency and interest.This paper introduced and analyzed the design concept and mode,content design and platform building,organization and implementation,reflection and improvement of Food Chemistry online course,so as to provide a basis for the better construction and use of Food Chemistry online course.
