中药防治动脉硬化闭塞症术后再狭窄用药规律

The Prescription Law of Chinese Medicine in Preventing and Treating Restenosis after Operation of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

目的挖掘中医药治疗动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)术后再狭窄的组方用药规律。方法收集、整理中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据(Wanfang Data)知识服务平台、维普(VIP)中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学(CBM)文献数据库、The Cochrane Library、EMBASE和PubMed数据库收录的期刊文献作为资料来源,建立ASO术后再狭窄方剂文献研究数据库,对符合标准的中药进行频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析和复杂网络分析。结果在符合标准的84个方剂中,单药以当归、丹参、黄芪、甘草、赤芍、川芎最为常见,药物四气以温、平、微寒居多,五味中以甘、苦、辛味为主,归经中以肝、心、脾经为主,使用最多的药物类别为活血化瘀药、补虚药。关联规则分析中发现关联强度高的药对组合为53组,系统聚类分析中归为7大类。结论现代中医药治疗ASO术后再狭窄的整体原则为益气养血、化瘀通络。

Objective To explore the prescription law of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for preventing restenosis after arteriosclerotic obliterans.Methods The journal literatures included in the database of CNKI,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,VIP Chinese science and technology journal database,CBM,the Cochrane Library,EMBASE and PubMed were colected and sorted out and used as the data source to establish the literature research database of prescription literature for restenosis after arteriosclerotic obliterans.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis were performed for the Chinese medicines included in the standard.Results In 84 prescriptions included in the standard,the most common traditional Chinese medicines were Angelica,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Astragalus membranaceus,Liquorice root,Radix paeoniae root and Ligusticum chuanxiong.The four characters of herbs are mainly warm,flat and slightly cold,the five tastes are mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,and the meridian tropism of herbs are mainly liver,heart and spleen.The herbs that promote blood circulation and remove stasis and tonify deficiency are the most commonly used drugs.In association rule analysis,53 herbs combinations with high association strength were found,which were classified into 7 categories in systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion The results showed that the overall principle of TCM in the treatment of arteriosclerotic obliterans postoperative restenosis in modern times was to nourish qi and blood,remove stasis and clear collaterals.
