摘要
巴豆叶的药用记载及现代药理研究均表明巴豆叶有助于防治缺血性脑卒中,且毒性小于巴豆种仁。故详细梳理巴豆叶与缺血性脑卒中的关联,为进一步探究巴豆叶对缺血性脑卒中的影响及作用机制提供理论基础,以期拓宽大戟科植物——巴豆在缺血性脑卒中的应用价值。
The medicinal records and modern pharmacological studies of Croton leaf showed that Croton leaf was helpful in the management of ischemic stroke and less toxic than Croton seed kernel.Therefore,the association between Croton leaf and ischemic stroke was analyzed in detail to provide a theoretical basis for further experiments to explore the effect and mechanism of Croton leaf on ischemic stroke,so as to broaden the application value of Croton leaf in ischemic stroke diseases.
